I'm a private-pay practice. That lets me work in the way that's most effective for you — including intensives — without an insurance company dictating the pace or the process. I'm happy to talk fees on our consultation. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan offers it. I also offer payment plans for intensives.
No. I see clients online across all of Washington — Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, Bellingham, Vancouver, anywhere in the state. You just need to be physically in Washington at the time of our sessions. In-person is available in Tacoma for intensives.
A lot of the people I work with have done years of talk therapy and can explain their patterns in detail — but the patterns are still running. My work targets the root rather than staying at the level of insight, which is often the missing piece for people who are self-aware but still stuck.
